From my personal experience, Shakeology has been a God-send!  I have a major sweet tooth which is very hard to tame. And I have arthritis that is worsened by sugar intake.  So what is a girl to do???  Drink Shakeology!  It curbs my cravings, reduces my inflammatory response, keeps me regular (yes, I went there!), and my skin looks so much healthier since I started drinking Shakeology regularly.
Is it worth the $4+ per serving?  Absolutely.  I know that I would never get the amount of nutrients in the regular foods I eat that I can get simply by drinking one shake a day.  No B.S.; totally serious.
